The Royal Bahamas Police Force is guided by a Senior Executive Leadership Team which is led by the Commissioner of Police, Clayton Fernander, who is supported by a Deputy Commissioner, a Senior Assistant Commissioner and twelve (12) Assistant Commissioners.

The Team is responsible for setting the strategic objectives, policing plans, development and mobilization of the police force.
