POLICE INVESTIGATES AN ATTEMPTED ARMED ROBERY
Police are seeking the public's assistance in identifying and locating a male suspect believed to be responsible for an attempted Armed Robbery which occurred on Thursday 11th, February 2021.

Preliminary reports state that shortly after 3:00 p.m., police were called to the scene of an Attempted Armed Robbery, which occurred at a business establishment situated on Rosetta Street. On their arrival, investigations revealed that a lone gunman entered the establishment and accosted two Security Guards. A struggled ensued and as a result one of the officers was shot in the right hand. The suspect then left the establishment and ran in a western direction along Rosetta Street. The injured guard was transported to the hospital and is listed in stable condition. Investigations into this matter continues.
