October 10, 2021 Police are investigating a shooting incident Preliminary reports are that shortly after 9:00 p.m., police received information that a
male was shot on Stack Avenue, Nassau Village. Officers were dispatched, and on
their arrival they found a male suffering from injuries consistent with gun shots. He was
transported to the hospital via Emergency Medical Services. His condition is listed as
serious.
Initial investigations revealed that the victim was walking along stark Avenue, when he
was approached by occupants in a small Japanese vehicle. They fired several shots at
him, hitting him about his body before fleeing the scene. Police have arrested an adult
male, who is assisting with the investigation of this incident.
