Huge Ammunition Seizure During Police Operation

Consistent with the Commissioner's 2017 Policing Plan, shortly after 5:00pm on Friday 10th February 2017 officers of the Firearms Tracing and Investigation Unit executed a search warrant on a home located Nassau Village, where they uncovered 78 live rounds of ammunition: 50 rounds of .40, 26 rounds of .380 and 2 rounds of .9 millimeter ammunition


All ammunition was seized and an American male and a Bahamian male along with two Bahamian females were taken into custody in connection the find.

This matter is under investigations.
