NCPO and Urban Renewal Conduct Walk-About in Bain and Grants Town

On Tuesday 24th January, 2017, officers of the National Crime Prevention Office, in a joint effort with officers from Southern Shores, Bain and Grants Town, Fox Hill, South Beach, Bamboo Town and Kemp Road Urban Renewal Centers, conducted a walk-about in Bain and Grants Town.

Participating with the police were former Deputy Prime Minister Cynthia "Mother" Pratt.

Officers provided an assortment of safety tips and pamphlets to the residents in the area.

This initiative is consistent with the Commissioner's Policing Plan on Reducing the Fear of Crime and the Prevention and Detection of Crime.
