Columbus Primary School Practices Fire Evacuation Drill

On Monday 20th November 2017, officers of the Fire Prevention Section of the Royal Bahamas Police Force conducted a Fire Evacuation Drill at Columbus Primary School located on Collins Avenue.

The evauation drill was conducted by Sergeant 2781 Culmer assisted by Corporal 3138 Adderley and Constable 3148 Outten.

There were 700 students and 52 support staff present during the evacuation drill. The entire school was evacuated in less than 3 minutes.

The entire group was debriefed and congratulated and reminded that fire safety is everyone's responsibility!
