Pinewood Urban Renewal Summer Camp Receive Fire Lecture

On Monday 17th July 2017, Corporals #3138 Adderley and #3146 McPhee conducted a fire safety lecture at Pinewood Urban Renewal Summer Program.

A total 140 students and 8 adults learned about the importance of fire safety , the dangers of playing with matches and lighters, "Stop, Drop and Roll" , importance of installing working smoke detectors along with the procedures of reporting a fire.

At the end of the presentation the campers enjoyed the crew of Fire Delta #18 who explained the small tools/equipment and operation of the fire truck.
