Marriott Courtyard Fire-Safety Training

In keeping with the Commissioner's 2017 Policing Plan; The Safety & Security of The Public, Corporal 3146 Jason McPhee conducted a Fire Safety Lecture and Fire Extinguisher-Live Burn Training with nineteen (19) employees of Marriott Courtyard on Tuesday 28th February, 2017.

During the session the staff learnt about the importance of smoke detectors, identifying building hazards and assembly points and how to extinguish a fire.

After the lecture the employees got an opportunity to extinguish a live Class B fire.
