On Monday 27th February, 2017 Assistant Superintendent Claudine Hutchinson, 2nd In-Charge, Southern Police Station and a team of officers collaborated with officers of National Crime Prevention Office and conducted a Walk & Talk on Rupert Dean Lane and its surrounding area.

The officers, while in the area, provided the residents with safety pamphlets advising them on how to manage conflict and how to protect their homes and properties.

This initiative is consistent with the Commissioner's 2017 Policing Plan on Reducing the Fear of Crime and Restoring and Maintaining Public Confidence.
