SIGNIFICANT DRUG SEIZURE AND ARREST- BIMINI
Officers of the Bimini Division along with DEU Officers made a significant drug arrest on North Bimini on Wednesday 20th September 2017.

Reports are that around 11:00pm, officers while on routine patrol in the area of Kings Highway, North Bimini, observed a suspicious vehicle. Officers stopped and searched the vehicle where they discovered (9) nylon bags, each containing suspected marijuana.

The male occupants who are both residents of Bimini were arrested and taken into custody. The estimated street value of the suspected drugs is three hundred and forty thousand dollars. Police are actively investigating this matter.
