GRAND BAHAMA: TWO MEN ARRESTED, FIREARM AND DRUGS CONFISCATED
On Thursday 04th April, 2024, police officers arrested two adult males following the confiscation of an unlicensed firearm and suspected dangerous drugs.
Initial reports indicate that around 8:30p.m., officers from the Drug Enforcement Unit, acting on information, executed a search warrant at a residence on Bass Lane. During the search, a firearm containing ammunition and a quantity of suspected marijuana were discovered. The two (2) male occupants, aged 27 and 26, were taken into custody.
The estimated weight of the suspected marijuana is 1.3 ounces, with an estimated street value of $90.00.
