POLICE SEEK PUBLIC'S HELP IN SOLVING COUNTRYíS LATEST HOMICIDE
Police are searching for the suspects responsible for a shooting which has left a male dead and two others wounded on Friday, 9th February, 2018.

According to reports, shortly after 11:00pm, a group of persons were at a night club on Hutchinson Street off Poinciana Drive, when three men entered the club and got into an argument with one of the patrons. One of the three, produced a weapon and fired into the crowd, resulting in three male patrons being shot.

The suspects got into a burgundy Japanese vehicle and sped away. Police were dispatched to the scene and upon arrival discovered that the victims were transported to hospital by a private vehicle and ambulance. A short time later, one of the men was pronounced dead. The other two men are listed in critical condition. Investigations are ongoing.

POLICE SEEK PUBLICíS HELP IN SOLVING AN ARMED ROBBERY
Police are asking members of the public to come forth with any information they may have in solving an armed robbery which occurred on Friday, 9th February, 2018.

Shortly after 7:00pm, a man reported that he had solicited a ride with the female drive and male occupant of a grey Honda vehicle. While on Yamacraw Road, the male produced a firearm and robbed him of cash and other items before putting him out of the vehicle and speeding off. Investigations are ongoing.

15 DRIVERS TICKETED BY MOBILE DIVISION OFFICERS IN PAST 24 HOUR
Officers from the Mobile Divisions conducted road checks in various parts of the island. Their efforts, which were intended to educate, reduce crime, and to minimize the ability for criminals to commit criminal activity, has resulted in the arrest of 6 person for outstanding criminal warrants and possession of dangerous drugs, over the past 24 hours.

Additionally, 15 drivers were ticketed for various traffic violations. Investigations are ongoing.
